As a commitment to providing quality healthcare, we offer a unique program called Our Journey. Through this program, we provide free screenings to patients in order to detect the onset of kidney failure at an early stage.
Through this program we continue to assist in reversing the onset of kidney failure or prolong the stay away from needing organ replacement therapy. In collaboration with our partners in the primary health care space, we identify patients who may be susceptible to kidney failure. We take these patients through lifestyle and dietary advices, monitoring and check-ups at different stages of the program. The program is also supported by our nephrologists and other stakeholders such as psychologists, social workers etc.
Our Journey also advocates for organ donation. All our facilities have a Nephrologist oversight and our patients are constantly monitored for organ transplant opportunities.
